In this strategy session you will produce a personalised plan of action for the whole of 2023.
- You'll set your goals and vision for the year
- You'll plan your strategy of how you're going to achieve them
- You'll come away with a sales and marketing plan
- You'll have a social media content plan at the end of the session
- You'll also know EXACTLY what actions you'll need to take to reach your goal.
You'll have the tools you need to go from winging it and stressed, not knowing where your next order or recruit is coming from to calm, organised and focused and able to grow and scale your business.
This session should take about 4 hours - this can be split over 2 x 2-hour sessions if preferred.
You and Anna will work together to formulate a 2023 strategy that aligns with you, that inspires you, that you WANT to go out and action.
